This is a Japanese edition of the Wassertürme photobook by German photographers Bernd and Hilla Becher with 223 photographs of water towers taken across eight countries including Germany, France, Belgium, and the UK. Using their signature typological method, the Bechers present these industrial structures with a sculptural perspective, accompanied by critical essays from thinkers like Koji Taki and Reyner Banham.
