Lovers are instinctively attracted to each other and want to become one. To express this power, I have been vacuum-packing couples and taking photographs of them. This time, I have started a project to photograph vacuum-packed couples in the places that are most important to them. The subjects decide the location. I then search for the best angle from among those. Some choose the room in their home where they always live together, others the workplace where they met, and others the restaurant where they had their first date. Two people packed 100% purely and as one in the best place, without even air. I think it is the ultimate dense portrait.
